THE MENHADEN MURAL
Through the months of April/ May 2019 I painted a large-scale mural on the north side of the Beacon Motel in Lewes, Delaware. This mural depicts a scene from the historic Lewes Menhaden fishing industry set in the 1940's. It honors Otis Smith, the mayor of Lewes and owner of the fishing industry, during this time.
